Due to covid, unable to travel, so my family 3 gold card members' mileages got expired. Lost 20k hard earned mileage for each of us. I will use United frequent flight program to earn miles in the future, because never expired.
Can't open after last update. My wife is experiencing the same issue on her phone. Hope it will not take another week to fix that....

I always love to fly with Eva is very Clean. Technology very good function. Time so quick to reach Destination never get tired every trip so much enjoyable thank to Eva Air Line. Not like Thai airline To much politics a lot of them Fly for free that why business unprofessional that why no-one Do for the country people who rich no conscious of let be share to others don't you know when they left this world what are they going to pay back!!!!!!!!
This is the first time I searched for flights from Jakarta to Tokyo via the Eva air app & Airline , In hopes of starting the experiment & seeing a new atmosphere but there were none I was very disappointed. Reality doesn't match expectations

The app told me to update. I went to Google Play and pressed update, and then it just hangs there, drawing circles and going nowhere. And I'm still waiting. How do I submit this review?
I've been installed and uninstalled this app for a few days but it keeps closing and can't be opened. What is wrong with this app?
